Oh, it’s definitely Russian state media. It’s based in D.C. and is in English, but caters to a Russian audience. The network employs Americans and Russians.

i watch it regularly on satellite for a different perspective, but also for entertainment purposes, just like i do with both fox and msnbc.

Uh huh. Because clearly Russia Today, Fox News, and MSNBC all contain the *same* proportions of bullshit, propaganda and actual news and just spin from different angles. Cripes. Are you serious?
